Trail Talk – 5/3/21

MAY THE FORTH BE WITH YOU.

• PHYSICALS: Doctor has volunteered to give summer camp and Philmont physicals. The following dates May 4, 18 and the 25 if needed. We are asking if possible to donate $10 to the Scoutership fund. The time will be 7pm to 8:30pm.
• The physicals will be inside the church.
• All Physicals for Summer camp and Philmont are due on June 1, 2021.
• Adult leaders going to summer camp. You must be a registered Scout leader and process the Michigan registry form. this take about 4 weeks. Please do this as soon as possible. Without the Michigan registry form YOU will not be allowed to camp.. Also don’t forget your Youth Protection requirement.
• Summer camp merit badges have been scheduled . please see Hank for your schedule.
• Tuesday Meeting will start outside and then each group can go inside the church for their sessions. There will be NO zoom Tuesday night.
• Our next campout is May 14-16.
•  we will be cleaning  the Klewer campsite to get it ready for summer camp. The cost for the camp is only $10 per person. sign up asap. thanks. Permission form attached.

Philmont Covid> There is a new directive from Philmont. Please look for my email this week for the latest.
Philmont shake down May 21-23. All participates are expected to attend. Please arrive Friday night by 6pm.

PENTWATER CAMPOUT JUNE 11-13, 2021. COST IS $35 PER PERSON
