Trail Talk – 3/19/18

First of just a comment: This year we have had some challenges with original dates for activities and have had to change the dates. I apologize with this is inconvenient for you. some of the upcoming changes are:
There will be no Swim night as Western Michigan Lawson Arena. The pool has sprung a major leak and it will take 2 months to fix
Another date change for the May campout from May 11- 13 Mothers day weekend to May 18-20.

I am trying to figure out how many scouts or leaders are going to summer camp this year. I sent out 2 emails for responses and have not received back any Yes, No or Maybe. If you have signed up no need to respond. there where about 25 scouts who I need to hear from one way or another. Please let me know ASAP. Cost is $340 scouts and $170 adults. a deposit of $100 is due ASAP with the remainder due April 17,2018

This Tuesday March 20 All fudge orders are due, See Derek Townsend to turn in your order at the meeting.If you cannot make the meeting please make arrangements with someone to drop off the order. Thanks.

This Saturday March 24 the troop is going to Chicago Science and Industry. will Leave the church about 8am and return about 6:30pm. cost is $25, Please bring extra money for lunch and dinner. Permission slip attached.
