Trail Talk – 12/4/19

Just received a Email from the Philmont Scout ranch concerning our request for 2021 reservation.
OUR EXPEDITION HAS BEEN CONFIRMED. July 6- 18, 2021.
Including transportation the date of departure and return date will be July 4 to July 20, 2021
Cost to the event is only a guess at the moment because of transportation cost. But my goal is to keep it around $1500 per person. THIS MIGHT BE HIGHER IF WE TAKE THE TRAIN.

A DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED BY JANUARY 15, 2020 OF $100 PER PERSON. THIS WILL HOLD YOUR SPOT.
once I receive your deposit we can determine the next payment schedule.
I had February 1st 2020 a schedule payment of $250 for boundary waters but will change that to March 1st 2020.

According to the activity board 24 of you have showed interest in going to Philmont.
We are limited to 3 crews and a max of 12 people per crew. we cannot have more than 12 adults over the age of 18.
Age requirements: Youth must be 14 years old OR 13 years old and completed 8th grade by July 6, 2021
You must also meet the height and weight restrictions. See me if you have a questions about this.
