PIONEER CAMPOUT

The rescheduled campout is this weekend Dec. 2-4, 2022.

We will be going to Camp pioneer.Cabins are available, but if you want a tent that is okay.. The weather will be in the forties during the day and lower 30’s at night.For those of you who paid for this campout

2 weeks ago we will need the new permission slip filled out and turned in tonight. The money will be transferred to this upcoming campout.

Those of you who did not sign up for the original campout you can now sign up for this.  The cost for this campout is $40 per person. Permission slip attached..

You will need to sign up by tonight at the meeting.

AVATAR: THE WAY OF THE WATER (MOVIE)

Troop 244 has rented a theater at Celebration Cinema on Sunday 18 at 1pm. 

There are 80 spots available. cost is $8 per person and if you choose for an additional $7 you can purchase a 32oz drink and 85oz box of popcorn. This event is open to all family members. Seats are limited and  when they are gone, they are gone.. reserve your spot tonight at the troop meeting.

FOOD DRIVE

We are collecting non-perishable food to be given to Twelve baskets and distributed to folks that need a little help this year.

Please bring your items to the church and place them behind the railings downstairs.

We will be collecting these items until December 20. Your help will be greatly appreciated.

SEABASE

A $300 payment is due for the adventure at Seabase.

PHILMONT 2024

Hopefully we will hear if we have a spot for 2024 Philmont. Just some heads up info. If we do get a spot a $150 deposit is due January 10, 2023.

The cost for the trek is approximately $1975.00 per person. This is only an estimate because of the continuing cost of everything going up. My goal is to keep it as low as possible.

To help with the cost We might think about doing a fundraiser to offset the price. I will put out a schedule of payment due dates once I receive confirmation.
