Trail Talk – 10/19/20

TROOP MEETING:
Tuesday night meeting might be a little chili, Please dress for the weather.

PATROL LEADERS MEETING:
There will be a Patrol Leaders meeting at 6pm in the Scout room at the church, the following must attend:

ALL POPCORN ORDERS ARE DUE, PLEASE TURN IN YOUR FORMS ON TUESDAY OCT. 20

NOVEMBER CAMPOUT
WHEN: Nov. 6-8, 2020,
LOCATION: Anthony Wayne Scout reservation, Aurora, Indiana .
COST: $35 per person
Time of departure Friday Nov. 6 at 5pm
Time of return Sunday Nov. 8 at noon
Permission slip attached and must be turned in by November 3, 2020

REGISTRATION FOR 2021. RECHARTER
There are a handful of scouts who have not paid the fees for this year. Please pay on Tuesday Oct. 20, We also have 17 leaders that have not paid. Youth fees are $145 and Aults leaders fees are $50.

PHILMONT 2021:
The November payment of $300 is due on the first of the month. With that payment you should have paid $1000 so far. Thank you for paying on time.

POP CANS AND BOTTLE COLLECTION:
THIS HAS BEEN EXTREMELY SUCCESSFUL AND THANKS TO EVERYONE THAT HAVE CONTRIBUTED TO THIS FUNDRAISER. PLEASE CONTINUE TO BRING YOU CANS AND BOTTLES TO OUR COLLECTION AREA WHICH IS LOCATED BEHIND THE RED TRAILER AT THE CHURCH.
If anyone would like to take some of the bags to be deposited, Please see Hank. We currently have about 40 bags to be returned.

BEEF STICKS:
Are you looking to raise more funds for your account, we still have a good selection of beef sticks to sell, you can make 42 cents on each stick which cost $1 each.
